We will start accepting RSVP responses when formal invitations go out around August. For now, we just wanted to give everyone ample notice to plan for travel, work, etc. Once you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP by October 31.
Can I bring my kids?
We have decided to keep the wedding adult only to ensure parents are able to let loose and have fun!
Can I bring a guest?
When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not we were able to allot a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. We also have to consider the venue's allowed capacity. If there is someone you would really like to bring, please reach out to us far in advance from the wedding date. There will not be extra seating for unexpected guests.
My noted guest can't come, can I bring someone else instead?
Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.
What if my RSVP status changes?
If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at krystal@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.
What should I wear?
We are requesting cocktail attire. Because we understand this dress code can mean different things to different people, feel free to reference this curated Pinterest board: https://bit.ly/4dkueXR. Please also keep in mind that white dresses, skirts, etc. should not be worn.
How is parking?
There is an open self-parking lot located at the venue.
I have more questions!
Please direct any questions to our wedding planner at krystal@gardeniawed.com or 602-529-3430.
